(Service Dept) |

Requirements:
.Higher Cert. Electronics / Computer Engineer or
other relevant disciplines
.MCSE,MCP or holder of other Microsoft certificates an advantage
.Good inter-personal communication skills and telephone
manners
.Strong PC/hardware trouble shooting skills
.1-2 years RMA working experience
(less experience will be considered as a Technician)
Job Duty:
.Perform computer hardware testing and repairing
.Provide technical advice on desktop hardware and software
.Technical support to end-users and smooth operation
in RMA dept
